About Saulo Gonzalez Event Design

Based in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Saulo Gonzalez Event Design is a full-service design and planning firm specializing in weddings and events. With our energetic, friendly approach, we ensure each event is organized flawlessly and absolutely stunning. 

Our team has experience in planning religious and non-religious weddings as well as civil unions and cultural, LGBT+ and classic weddings. Our services include partial planning, full planning, event styling, budget analysis, personalized event checklist, vendor referrals and event execution.

We are a team of young, passionate, design-savvy individuals. With over 10 years of experience planning and designing events, we love creating seamless events that showcase our client’s sensibility and style.

Get to know Saulo

Saulo is the Founder and Creative Director of SG Event Design. After years of serving at the Five Diamond Resort, Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, Mid 2020 he started his event firm to combine his love of hosting, celebrating and working closely with people. In January 2022 a partnership was born when SG Event Design / L & A Weddings began working together. Now a new chapter of success is being written together with Amanda and David as part of the new team.

Saulo prides himself on his ability to listen intently to his clients desires and create a cohesive event that is truly an extension of them. He has garnered much praise for his ability to create refined, style-focused events with an emphasis on cultural experiences.

Bilingual, energetic, confident and highly organized, Saulo orchestrates events smoothly, from start to finish.

Currently a resident of Puerto Vallarta, Saulo is a social person, a foodie and music lover. When he’s not planning events, Saulo loves to spend time with his family and playing basketball.

At this stage we’d just need to know a few details about your event such as the date, venue (if you have one, don’t worry if you’ve not found the perfect place for your celebration yet, we can take care of that for you!) , number of guests you’re expecting and your budget.

STEP TWO

Video Consultation

We’ll arrange a call to get to know you, to find out what makes you tick, and any ideas you have for your event. We will take this information and create a proposal for you, which will be the basis of our quotation, you will receive this within a few days following the call.

STEP THREE

Say Yes!

When you say ‘Yes’ to SG Event Design and your deposit is received, we dive straight in to developing the concept from the proposal. This is where you sit back whilst we pull the best supplier team together to deliver your perfect wedding celebration or party.
